Watch & Pray

The Holy Spirit is releasing a fresh stirring to His night Watchmen. Isaiah 62:6 & 7 declares, "I have set watchmen on your walls, O Jerusalem; They shall never hold their peace day or night. You who make mention of the Lord, do not keep silent, and give Him no rest till He establishes and till He makes Jerusalem praise in the earth." To be a Watchman requires a calling and grace to carry out this function and assignment effectively. This Watchman call can impact all nations through Spirit led intercession.

A Watchman is on call 24/7 to stand in the gap and make kingly decrees over cities, regions, states and nations. Watchmen go through heavenly gates (portals) preparing the way of the Lord and building up the highway of holiness. (Isaiah 35:8) Watchmen remove the stones of sin, hindrances and blockages on the road to revival, reformation and transformation. Watchmen remove territories from the throne of judgment unto the throne of mercy and grace; by removing legal rights through repentance. Watchmen lift up the standard of God's Word and establish heaven's will on earth. Isaiah 62:10 confirms these activities, "Go through, Go through the gates! Prepare the way for the people; Build up, Build up the highway! Take out the stones, Lift up a banner for the peoples!"

Although Watchmen can function day or night, I believe there is a fresh call and grace on the 12 hour night watch running 6 PM to 6 AM. I believe that the Holy Spirit is assigning His Watchmen in order to share His secrets with His friends. When Jesus was facing the greatest crisis of His earthly call, He looked to His disciples to watch for only one hour. Mark 14:37 & 38, "Then He came and found them sleeping, and said to Peter, “Simon, are you sleeping? Could you not watch one hour?"

Currently the nations are being shaken for the purpose of the billion soul harvest. Jesus once again is asking His disciples for one hour at this critical time in history. Proverbs 8:34, “Blessed is the man who listens to me, Watching daily at my gates, Waiting at the posts of my doors.” Many of us that are being called are asleep; catering to our flesh and too far from God's heart in the night watch hours, but the Father is watching and waiting for our return.

Please remember that there is a call and grace to be posted on the watchmen wall (Isaiah 62:6). Let's take Jesus words to heart and yield to His night watch. Mark 13:35 - 37, "Watch therefore, for you do not know when the master of the house is coming—in the evening, at midnight, at the crowing of the rooster, or in the morning— lest, coming suddenly, he find you sleeping. And what I say to you, I say to all: Watch!”

Shalom,

Pastor Michael
